In an interview you stated,

“And second, property owners can record their blockchain conveyance into the public record right now. Indeed, as long as the document is properly formatted, the Recorder’s Office must, by law, record it.”

Does this legal obligation to record exist everywhere in the US? Every city, state, county?

If so, then maybe it doesn’t matter if each RE ICO is their own walled garden. They could all be independent walled gardens that are legally accepted until one gains critical mass and becomes the gold standard real estate blockchain.

Thoughts?
